• To our loyal site visitors, members, and supporters:

As you have noticed, the San Diego History Center has recently launched a new logo and a brand new website, complete with a new look and feel. We hope you are enjoying our new look and navigation. However, you may have encountered difficulty in accessing our issues of Journal of San Diego History, our on-line Photo Galleries and Collections, as well as the search functionality.

We are aware of this difficulty and are diligently working on resolving these technical issues. Rest assured that we care about our supporters and will keep you advised as to our progress. We anticipate that this situation will be fixed in the very near future.

In the meantime, should you need access to the Journal of San Diego History please visit our archived site on the WayBackMachine. If you find that you still need further assistance, please contact collections@sandiegohistory.org or call 619-232-6203 x 123.

We truly appreciate your support and thank you for your patience.

    Bill Lawrence,
    Executive Director
