Page 51. California's heritage of 1776 is portrayed in these statues of a padre and minuteman. Entitled "Men of Vision" by artist Gene Blome, they are now on display in the Serra Museum as a Bicentennial gift to the people of California from the California State Society, Daughters of the American Revolution.
