In the event of a fifth Tuesday, all normal museum prices are in effect. The Timken Museum of Art is always free.

Residents Free Tuesday

As a public service Balboa Park organizations offer free admission on a rotating basis. Our museum is free on the second Tuesday of the month for San Diego City & County residents, all active military and their immediate dependents; SDHC members, visitors with Balboa Park Passports, and Go San Diego / Go Los Angeles cards.

All guests must show one of the following forms of ID upon entering to prove residency: CA Driver's license, military ID, utility bill, San Diego Library Card or student ID.
